Die Pelgrimstog - ñ Oneironaut Verhaal (The Pilgrimage - An Oneironaut Tale)
Co-Published by Dream Press & Daniël Hugo
Die Pelgrimstog - ñ Oneironaut Verhaal (The Pilgrimage - An Oneironaut Tale) is the third silent graphic novel set in the world of Mekterra - a dreamlike, mythical version of South Africa.
And so the story and adventures of the powerful femme protagonist from the first graphic novel in the series, Die Strandloper, continues!
This time, she is faced with even more perplexing questions that demand answers, sending her on a journey of meditation and discovery through the lands of Mekterra. Following an ancient pilgrim’s route towards a holy city, she travels in search of knowledge, wisdom and a deeper understanding of herself and the world around her—hoping that, along the way, she might find some measure of clarity and peace.
Completely wordless, the story unfolds through intricate and immersive illustrations, inviting the reader to journey alongside her through this mysterious world.
