The third volume of The Helsinki Notebooks begins 01 October, and we are looking for new voices and perspectives on fascism and anti-fascism.
We are especially interested in unconventional, overlooked, and unexpected forms of anti-fascist practice - the ways resistance takes shape beyond conventional political organising and protest. This might include art, music, fashion, gender and queerness, graffiti and street culture, performance, popular culture, digital spaces, community practices, everyday acts of resistance, or forms we have not yet thought to name.
We welcome scholars, activists, artists, cultural practitioners, and others working acroos these questions. We would particularly love to hear from people whose work expands how we understand what anti-fascism can look like, where it happens, and who practices it.
