Adam VI (Adam & Eve Series)

In this on-going body of work, the subject of Adam and Eve are explored, as the artist questions the gap, or rather, the bridge between evolution and religion and our belief or disbelief in either or perhaps both. Rather than arguing for one or the other, he attempts to show that they are indeed interconnected.

By having subjects from different cultures, ages, beliefs, sexual preference, assigned genders, race and body types the artist is asking the question of whether there were perhaps more than “one” Adam and Eve and moving away from the traditional Western depiction of the first Caucasian heterosexual man and woman.
